- Hassle-free exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Reverse Shipping Fee: None — free exchanges.
- Non-exchangeable items: Lingerie, intimate wear such as nipple pasties, bras, panties, and other inner wear.
- Exchange Policy : Exchanges are allowed once per item for the same or a different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
4. REFUND METHOD
