• Hassle-free returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Reverse Shipping Fee: Up to ₹100 (deducted from the refund amount).
• Non-returnable items: Lingerie, intimate wear such as nipple pasties, bras, panties, and other inner wear.

3. EXCHANGES

• Hassle-free exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Reverse Shipping Fee: None — free exchanges.
• Non-exchangeable items: Lingerie, intimate wear such as nipple pasties, bras, panties, and other inner wear.
• Exchange Policy : Exchanges are allowed once per item for the same or a different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).

4. REFUND METHOD

• Refunds will be issued via Paytm or online bank transfer.
• No wallet credits are provided at this time.
